Shipping Policy

All physical products (notepads etc) are shipped from our Canterbury, NZ studio. Your order will be sent within 2 working days. We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders are shipped tracked via NZ Post or CourierPost depending upon your address location and order contents.

Orders over $50 NZD receive Free Shipping within New Zealand.

Domestic orders should arrive within 2-6 days.
International orders should arrive within 10-21 days. 

The timeframes above are estimates, please note due to Covid, there are currently extended shipping delays with International orders that are out of our control.
