If a printable is listed as a 'Fillable PDF', this means you can use Adobe Reader on a computer to type your own text and add images into the highlighted fields, save and print the file. This is useful for saving recipes and repetitive checklists etc.

Some printables are listed as 'Non-Fillable', this simply means you print the pages and if applicable handwrite in any details, lists etc.

A Fillable PDF printable means you can add your own text (and images where applicable) to the highlighted text fields and image blocks. However, you cannot change the actual design, as the design elements (motifs, colors, existing text, feature fonts etc) are locked and are not editable.

Our PDF printables are locked to protect our designs. This means the design elements (illustrations, motifs, colours, existing text and headings) cannot be altered in software like Photoshop or Illustrator. You cannot add, remove or rearrange pages using Acrobat Pro.

No, you only need Adobe Reader (free software) not Acrobat pro (paid software) to use our Fillable printables. As our PDF printables are locked, you cannot change the actual design, add, remove or rearrange pages using Acrobat Pro.

After checkout you'll see a button appear to 'Access Your Printable'. Clicking this will show a page with the printable(s) you have purchased. Click on each file to download to your computer (not a tablet or mobile device). You'll also receive an email confirmation with a link to access and download your files at any time.

You can unzip the file by following these steps:

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Mac: Double click the .zip file, to extract the product folder or PDF files.

You'll have access to download your purchases for the life of the product. Dated printables like Calendars will expire 1 month after the end date, eg: the download link for a 2021 Calendar will expire at the end of January 2022.

If while using our printables you get a pop-up that says: 'This file is protected. Please enter a permissions password' You may have attempted to edit the printable in a way that is outside of our security settings (see question: What is a locked PDF file).
